Sous Chef - Salary negotiable - live in or out available.
This attractive traditional hotel that dates back to the 17th century is seeking a Sous Chef. The hotel has spacious public areas which retain much character and include a choice of inviting lounges offering traditional bar meals and an attractive restaurant.
You would be assisting the Head Chef servicing the 40 cover restaurant, bar and conference and banqueting department. As the second in command it is your responsibility to oversee the kitchen and manage staff in the Head Chef`s absence. The style of food is modern English.
It is essential that you have previous chef experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. Hours as required.
There is an option of live-in if required.
